The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on August 18, 2023

Hereby, Aiyl Bank OJSC informs that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on August 18, 2023, the powers of the following members of the Board of Directors of Aiyl Bank OJSC were terminated ahead of schedule:

- Abdrashev N.A. - Chairman of the Board of Directors;

- Turumbekov T.N. - Member of the Board of Directors;

- Alakova N.U. – member of the Board of Directors (according to the submitted application at her own request).

At the same time, by the decision of the shareholders, the following members were elected to the Board of Directors of Aiyl Bank OJSC for 4 (four) years:

- Erzhanov Maksat Sovetbekovich - Chairman of the Board of Directors;

- Moldobekov Kambar Amanturovich - member of the Board of Directors;

- Suyumbaeva Altynai Kazybaevna - member of the Board of Directors.
